This goal, coming in injury time, sparked an amazing last three minutes.
The Blades were trailing 1-0 when Phil chested the ball down and lashed
the ball home from 35 yards. The drama was not over as two minutes later,
and with virtually the last kick, Peter Ndlovu won the game for the Blades.
Terry Venables, the then Leeds manager, later described Phil's goal as "one
of the best strikes I have ever seen".
