Sir Henry Cooper

'Enry's 'Ammer
Henry Cooper's left hook sends Cassius Clay sprawling into the ropes during their famous bout on 18th June, 1963.

This is a strictly Limited Edition print of 500 signed by the artist, Alan Damms.

The painting depicts Henry Cooper's famous left hook which put Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) onto the canvas at the end of the fourth round of their fight on 18th June 1963.

Clay was literally saved by the bell and came out in the fifth round to win on a technical knockout due to Henry Cooper's badly cut eye. Despite Henry Cooper's defeat, that punch remains an iconic moment in British sporting history. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a rare and lasting memento of the occasion.

We have a VERY small number of prints personally signed by Sir Henry Cooper. Prints signed by Henry come with a photo of him at our signing session
